Building the teams and systems behind stories told at scale. Based in New York.
When a production gets complicated, I’m the person who sees the full picture.
I’ve spent more than 10 years in television, digital media and live events, and I’ve worked every stage of production, from capture to delivery. I know where the pressure points are and which ones matter. People look to me when the stakes are high. I keep a clear head and own the hard calls.
At TED, I lead the video and post-production team behind hundreds of talks a year and run post onsite at conferences around the world. I work with every team that touches a talk, from curation to distribution, and I’ve built a team where people stay and grow.
Outside of work, I’m much the same person: disciplined about training, rain or shine, happiest somewhere unfamiliar, and at home in the organized chaos of a busy kitchen. I’m rarely without a book. I’ve always understood the world through stories, which is probably why I’ve built a career helping them get told.
